The Houthis of Yemen launched another attack on a commercial ship on January 17. The Houthis targeted 'Genco Picardy', a US-operated cargo ship, in the Red Sea region, just hours after the Joe Biden government decided to add the Yemeni group to a terror list in order to cut off funding and arms transfer.
