India, Russia take big trade move as Trump raises tariffs on New Delhi to 50%

India and Russia on Wednesday signed a new protocol to enhance industrial cooperation across sectors such as aluminium, fertilisers, railways, and mining technologies. The move deepens bilateral engagement at a time when geopolitical tensions are reshaping global trade alignments.
