Fresh firing and blasts were heard as the counter-terrorist operation in Anantnag is underway. Indian forces have reportedly encircled the terrorists in the Gadole forest of Kokernag. Rocket launchers have been brought to Anantnag anti-terror operation site. Security forces are using IEDs to target suspected areas in the forest.
