Israel's cabinet approved a plan for frozen tax funds for Gaza to be held by Norway. The funds were originally supposed to be transferred to the Palestinian Authority. Under interim peace accords reached in the 1990s, Israel's finance ministry collects tax on behalf of the Palestinians and makes monthly transfers to Palestinian Authority. But there have been constant wrangles over the arrangement involving Palestinian money. Watch the video for more.
