Ukraine once again targeted Russia's Black Sea fleet at Sevastopol shipyard in Crimea as Vladimir Putin's men weaken Kyiv's counteroffensive in the Donbass region. Ukrainian military claimed to have hit Russian missile defence system - S-400 Triumf - and two warships.
