NATO Nation France, Saudi, Qatar, Hamas Lambast U.S. For Vetoing UNSC Resolution On Gaza War

NATO Nation France, Saudi Arabia, Qatar and Hamas are among the U.S. rivals and allies who expressed regret after the UN Security Council failed to adopt another resolution calling for ceasefire in Gaza. It was the U.S. who vetoed, for the third time in the UNSC, the Algeria-tabled resolution. While Hamas said that President Joe Biden and his administration "bear direct responsibility for derailing the resolution for a ceasefire in Gaza”, Saudi Arabia warned the U.S. of "escalation of military operations that threaten international peace and security."
