'Open Road To India's Kargil': Anti-Pak Protests In Gilgit; Shia Muslims Protest Blasphemy Law

A protest rally against a new blasphemy legislation turned into an anti-Pakistan rally in Skardu Town of Gilgit-Baltistan region of erstwhile princely state of Jammu and Kashmir, currently under Pakistani occupation since 1947. Reports said the protest erupted after a Shia cleric who opposed the new blasphemy laws was arrested by Pakistani police. The protesters demanded that the road to Kargil region of India should be reopened from Skardu as they accused Pakistani authorities of harassment. Watch the video for more.
