Pak to junk Kashmir at SCO? 'Not a forum to raise bilateral issues' says Bilawal

Pakistan is weighing in on the prospects of attending the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation Summit in India this year. Speaking to Wion, Pakistan's Finance Minister Bilawal Bhutto Zardari said that Pakistan was mulling on whether or not to attend the summit and at what level. Bilawal added that discussions are still undergoing and bilateral issues and disputes are not taken up at the SCO. Watch this video for details.
