Palestinian minister says Israeli West Bank moves amount to 'de facto annex'

Palestinian Minister of the Land Authority Alaa al-Tamimi from Ramallah on Monday described recent Israeli measures in the West Bank as 'illegal' adding those amount to 'de facto annexation' that undermines the two-state solution. Al-Tamimi said that since 1967 Israel has repeatedly sought to consolidate control over the West Bank in an effort to formalise its presence there.
