Hungary echoed Russian President Vladimir Putin at the European Union Forum. Hungarian Foreign Minister Peter Szijjarto said that the EU is in "very bad" shape. The Hungarian minister said that the EU has diminished so much that it now needs former Yugoslav states more than they needed to join the bloc.
