Russia's military reportedly destroyed three U.S.-made M142 HIMARS launchers in Kherson on July 9. The Russian Defense Ministry released purported footage of the Iskander strike, alleging that these HIMARS were used by Kyiv in the Crimea beach strike on June 23.
