Putin Lauds 'Dear Friend' Xi's Belt & Road Initiative 'Success'; Here's Why It Is A Worry For India

Russian President Vladimir Putin praised China’s “success” in its Belt and Road infrastructure project. The praise came during the Belt and Road Initiative forum which was opened by Chinese President Xi Jinping. Putin called XI his "Dear friend" and lauded BRI for bringing the world together.
