Russia President Vladimir Putin's new defence minister Andrei Belousov has alleged secret US military operations near Russia. Major allegations from Belousov include American spy drones flying over the Black Sea, where some of Russia's naval forces are stationed. Moscow has warned of heightening risk of direct Russia-NATO confrontation over the American operations. Putin's minister is also soliciting ideas for a "rapid response" to the "provocations".
