Ukraine's military is facing operational problems with Germany's PZH 2000 howitzers. According to the German newspaper Der Spiegel, the state-of-the-art Panzerhaubitze 2000 artillery guns are "breaking down" on the battlefield. Germany provided 14 canons, but 6 were recently sent to Lithuania for repair. Neither Berlin nor its defence industry has supplied the spare parts required to repair the canons. According to German media, Olaf Scholz's government is also aware of the shortage of spare parts.
