Russia Breaks Silence On India 'Turning To West' Claims; 'For Many Decades...' | Watch

Russia has dismissed reports of India "distancing itself" from Moscow in the Defence sector. Russia's Deputy Foreign Minister Andrey Rudenko said India remains keen on defence ties with Moscow.
