The Russian Army continues to hammer the Ukrainian military near "liberated" Avdiivka. According to the Russian defence ministry, their troops struck around 350 enemy targets. Big command outposts and strongholds were among the 350 Ukrainian sites bombed. More than 60 strikes were reportedly carried out by the Russian Army's aviation teams. Like Bakhmut, Avdiivka has become a prestige battle for Volodymyr Zelensky. Despite suffering heavy losses, the Ukrainian President is pushing his army to retake Avdiivka.
