Russia Finds 'More Proof' Against Ukraine Over Role In Moscow ISIS Attack; 'Explosives Sent Via EU'

Russia's security service the FSB, has seized a cargo shipment containing 70 kgs of explosives from Ukraine. The FSB claims that the explosives were concealed in Orthodox Christian boxes and had transited several EU nations. The FSB said that the consignment was seized in the Pskov region, near Latvia border. Russia's FSB has been on high alert ever since the ISIS terror attack on a Moscow mall on March 22. On April 1, Moscow's Basmanny district court put 10th suspect in the case in custody till May 22. Watch for more details. INTERNATIONAL NEWS
