The idea was floated in Russia’s lower house of parliament. The Duma Speaker has tasked the defence committee to iron out a detailed plan. The move is a tit-for-tat action, as western nations did the same in February 2023. On the war anniversary, a "propaganda" exhibition was organised to display Putin's "failure."
