Pakistan's plan to import future shipments of Russian crude oil through a government-to-government (G2G) approach has run into challenge because Islamabad is taking too long to create a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) to manage the payments and shipments, which has angered Moscow. A Russian delegation visited Karachi last week to review the quality and pricing of its Ural crude oil but was disappointed with Islamabad's progress in establishing the SPV. Watch for more details.
