'Situation is grim but...,' PM Modi assures Indians in Afghanistan of evacuation

Prime Minister Narendra Modi has assured all Indians who are still stranded in Afghanistan of evacuation, saying India has a distinction of helping all its distressed citizens in any part of the world. He was speaking at an event to inaugurate the renovated memorial of Jallianwala Bagh. PM said that India has not only brought back hundreds of its citizens but also sacred swaroop Guru Granth Sahib from Afghanistan.
