Thousands marched in the Peruvian capital of Lima and set several buildings and police stations ablaze demanding resignation of President Dina Boluarte. The weeks-long protests took a violent turn as protesters and Peru's riot police clashed with each other with stones being pelted and tear gas shells being fired.
