‘Taliban killed 100 civilians’: Afghanistan govt; USA says bombing terror camps

• Afghanistan's government accused the Taliban of killing more than 100 civilians in the country. Civilians were allegedly killed by Taliban gunmen in the Spin Boldak region of Kandahar. Afghan interior ministry said the Taliban also looted houses of locals. On July 22, Pentagon revealed that it targeted the Taliban with airstrikes. US troops are withdrawing from Afghanistan.
