Kabul's mayor and a member of the Taliban movement, Molavi Hamdullah Nomani announced that women working in the Kabul municipality won't be allowed to work if they are replaceable by men. In the Kabul municipality, where 27% of the 2,930 employees are women, only those "who were needed or in positions that men could not fill or that were not for men" are allowed to return to work, according to Nomani. Earlier, the Taliban had barred all girls from returning to secondary schools. Watch the full video for more details.
