The Taliban leader who once trained at Indian Military Academy: Sher Stanikzai

The capture of Afghanistan by the Taliban has shone the spotlight on one of its top leaders - Sher Mohammad Abbas Stanikzai, also known as 'Sheru'. A veteran of the Afghan-Soviet war, Stanikzai had once trained at the Indian Military Academy as an Afghan Army cadet. He is reportedly fluent in English and has represented the Taliban at high diplomatic levels, including before the Bill Clinton administration in the US in the 1990s. Watch the full video for more.
