Top Ukrainian General resigns after Kyiv’s biggest blow to Russia's bomber fleet

Ukraine’s top ground forces commander, Major General Mykhailo Drapatyi, has resigned after a deadly Russian missile strike on the 239th training base in Dnipro killed 12 soldiers, most of whom were new recruits. Drapatyi accepted full responsibility, admitting in a public statement that his orders failed and criticizing a culture of collusion and impunity within the ranks. This comes as Ukrainian military in a drone attack destroyed 40 Russian Warplanes in Irkutsk and Murmansk regions. Watch for more
