U.S. President Donald Trump has reportedly presented a “final offer” to Ukraine for ending the war with Russia, in a proposal that has left Kyiv stunned and Moscow cautiously optimistic, according to a report by Axios. The plan, handed to Ukrainian officials in Paris, suggests the U.S. may grant formal recognition of Russia’s annexation of Crimea and unofficially accept Moscow's control over four other Ukrainian regions — Lugansk, Donetsk, Kherson, and Zaporozhye.
