According to official statements, the message was addressed to Supreme Leader Mojtaba Khamenei amid ongoing regional tensions and fragile U.S.–Iran relations. Naqvi held meetings with Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi and Interior Minister Eskandar Momeni, focusing on diplomatic coordination, border security, counter-terrorism, and drug trafficking.
