A U.S. bankruptcy judge, Sean Jane, ended former lawyer of Donald Trump, Rudy Giuliani's, bankruptcy. He had sought bankruptcy protection after a jury awarded two Georgia election workers $148 million because Giuliani defamed them after the 2020 election. The judgement allowed further lawsuits for defamation, sexual harassment, and other claims to proceed against Giuliani.
