The U.S. has attacked an Iran-linked weapons storage site in Syria. The latest strike comes in response to repeated attacks on U.S. troops in the Middle East since America pledged support to Israel in its war against Hamas in Gaza. A report claimed that nine people were killed in U.S. strike in Syria. U.S. Defence Secretary Lloyd Austin claimed that the strike was carried out on directions of President Joe Biden and warned against any escalation.
