U.S. Stuns With 'Kill Pannun' Case Decision; 'Refuses' To Provide Evidence Against Indian

U.S. has reportedly refused to produce evidence in the “kill Gurpatwant Pannun” plot case, as per RT news. The U.S. court order issued on January 8 directed the administration to begin providing discovery material to defence attorneys for Nikhil Gupta. Reports stated that the U.S. would provide data only upon Gupta’s appearance in New York. The U.S. had charged Indian national Nikhil Gupta with conspiring to kill Pannun. Watch for more.
