Watch | Aerial yoga amuses fitness enthusiasts

Yoga enthusiasts are experiencing a new form of yoga at The Om Yoga show in London and it's already a superhit. The hammock-like swings allow yoga practitioners to perfect more complex poses they would not normally attempt without the support of the swing. For the first time in the show's 12 year history, visitors are getting a chance to experience aerial yoga - under the watchful eye and expert advice of teacher Gillian Watt.
