The United States accused Russia of yet another provocation after Russian fighter jets flew close to U.S. drone aircraft over Syria. U.S. says fighter jets set off flares and flew "dangerously" close to U.S. drones. Washington says the three MQ-9 Reaper drones were conducting a mission against ISIS targets in Syria.
