Zelensky says peace hinges on security guarantees against future Russian attacks

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, in his latest war address, said Ukraine is preparing for major international meetings on defense and security in both Europe and the United States, stressing that peace is only possible with firm, tangible security guarantees to stop future Russian attacks and hybrid operations.
