A 53-nation Commonwealth summit to be held this weekend is expected to be dominated by a decision on whether to suspend Pakistan for a second time because of President Musharraf's declaration of the Emergency rule. The club composed of mostly former British colonies, threatened suspension unless Musharraf lifted the Emergency. Meanwhile, Pakistan has called on the Commonwealth to delay a ruling on whether to suspend the country's membership.
