Watch | Panda cub goes outside for first time and makes us go “aww”

The Smithsonian National Zoo's latest panda cub Bei Bei got his first taste of the outdoors on Thursday afternoon in Washington, US. His first-ever playtime truly made for some indulgent viewing on social media.

Bei Bei along with his mother Mei Xiang had ventured outside of his enclosure to play outside. Together, they experienced the fresh air for the first time.

The panda took to the trees to play in branches and tried climbing around. This one will make you say “aww”.
