Zelensky presses panic button: Putin to mobilise 300,000 troops to capture north Ukraine? | War

Ukraine’s President Volodymyr Zelensky says Russia may mobilise an additional 300,000 troops after the country’s September parliamentary elections. Zelensky also raised concerns over possible Russian moves into northern Ukraine, naming the Sumy and Kharkiv regions.
