The Iraqi government's efforts to sell a luxurious yacht, once owned by ousted dictator Saddam Hussein, have foundered as it failed to find a buyer in Europe because of the global economic downturn.The vessel, Basrah Breeze, will be towed from the Greek port of Piraeus back to Basra province.

As per reports, the Iraqi Govt had tried to fetch up to $30 million in France for the yacht which was built at a Danish shipyard in 1981.
