Photos: Heavy rains trigger landslides, flash floods in many parts of India

Heavy rainfall has brought life to a standstill, causing landslides and floods in many parts of the country. Floods in northeastern states have killed at least 83 people and displaced more than a million. There has been serious flooding in Bihar, Assam, Gujarat, Arunachal Pradesh and parts of Maharashtra.
