UP MLAs caught sleeping in Lok Bhawan

MLAs were caught sleeping on camera in Lok Bhawan on Monday in Uttar Pradesh's Lucknow city. The minister slept during an important meeting on Goods and Service Tax (GST) at Lok Bhawan. This is not the first time in which minister's irresponsible behaviour was seen. Recently on Wednesday, Karnataka Chief Minister Siddaramaiah was found sleeping not only during the meetings but also during the legislative sessions.
