Renowned sand sculptor, Sudarshan Patnaik created a stunning sand art work, observing the occasion of Constitution day. 26th November is an important day as it marks the Indian Constitution's adoption by the Constituent Assembly in the year 1949. The sculpture carried the message “Happy Constitution Day. Demonetisation- we pledge for corruption free India”. The art work was created at Odisha's Puri beach, today.
