Ranbir Kapoor, after keeping up a dignified silence for months, finally spoke about his very public breakup with long-time girlfriend Katrina Kaif.
In a promo of his candid chat with Rajeev Masand that went viral, the 34-year-old actor is seen saying, “It was really punctured by a lot of things- by baseless rumours and reports and perceptions and point of views.”

“It hurts because I think after my parents she has been the most influential, most motivational entity in my life,” he added.

There were also rumours of Ranbir and Katrina meeting at the latter’s house around ten days back. However Ranbir denied these reports. “That’s absolutely untrue and I feel so sad that a section of media promotes or brainwashes a certain sect of the audience because as much as I would like to meet her, the last time I met her was at the shoot of Jagga Jasoos and I’m going to meet her now on the 10th of September when we restart Jagga Jasoos. So, there is nothing true about the fact,” he said in another interview with a magazine.
