Nick Jonas, Priyanka Chopra meet her mother, he captures a special moment on Instagram
Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas met the Quantico actor’s mother in India on Friday night. Jonas also shared a moment from the date night on Instagram later.
Priyanka Chopra’s dating rumours with American singer Nick Jonas have been afloat for a while now. On Thursday, the couple reached Mumbai and tried their best to avoid the waiting paparazzi. They were clicked by photographers nonetheless.
Media reports had suggested earlier that Nick was in town with Priyanka to meet the Bollywood diva’s mother Madhu Chopra. He finally met Priyanka’s mother over dinner at Mumbai’s upscale restaurant Yauatcha in Bandra on Friday night. Later in the night, Jonas also shared a video on his Instagram story which had Priyanka in it.
Sharing the picture, photographer Manav Manglani wrote: “Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas snapped for dinner at #yauatcha #bandra alongwith #priyankachopra mother #photography #paparazzi #picoftheday #instadaily #manavmanglani @manav.manglani.”
It was a casual meeting; Priyanka was dressed in a blue and white check sleeveless dress which she matched with white coloured heels, while Nick turned up in a creamed-coloured tee and a pair of brown pants.
In many other photographs and videos that have since gone viral, the duo can be seen surrounded by security guards. In some pictures Nick can be seen following right behind Priyanka, as if forming a protective shield while in another photograph, they can be seen holding each other’s hand.
Later in the evening, the American singer shared an Instagram story video in which Priyanka can be seen walking towards the camera with a big smile on her face. The word ‘Her’ is written on it with a heart-eye emoji.
Priyanka recently accompanied Nick to his cousin’s wedding in New Jersey. She reportedly met his extented family including his brother Kevin and his wife and daughter. She was spotted having a great time at the wedding, walking hand-in-hand with Nick and laughing over conversations with his cousins.
