Taimur tries to play badminton as daddy Saif Ali Khan looks on indulgently. See pics
Taimur Ali Khan may not be two yet but genes will tell; he is the grandson of Mansoor Ali Khan Pataudi. Saif and Kareena’s son was seen trying his hand at badminton and the photos are too cute for words.
If you thought Taimur Ali Khan Pataudi is only a camera-friendly baby, well, think again. The little boy is a Pataudi and hence, sports is bound to be in his DNA. In a new picture, that has appeared online, Taimur can be seen with a badminton racket and a plastic shuttle cork lying in the ground. Standing close by is daddy Saif Ali Khan and a couple of people, all looking at him rather indulgently. It may be recalled that Taimur’s paternal grandfather was Mansoor Ali Khan Pataudi, one of India’s finest cricket captains.
Taimur is wearing a green T-shirt and a pair of blue denim shorts. Saifis wearing a pair of orange shorts with dark blue T-shirt, as he keeps a watchful eye on his little boy. Taimur looks as attentive as it gets. In one picture, Saif can be seen making Taimur hold the racket the right way. In another picture, Taimur can be seen swinging the racket, which is clearly big for his size.
How, in all the pictures, what remains constant is the little boy’s engagement with the camera. One can see him looking intently at the camera, as if he shares a secret bond with it.
Meanwhile, Taimur’s pictures with his famous parents and extended family, including aunt Karisma and cousins - Samaira and Kiaan - and his grandparents in London were a major hit online. However, Taimur is capable of owning the celeb craze space by himself as his play dates with other Bollywood kiddies’ gang prove so. Very recently, Karan Johar put up a video of Taimur playing with his twins, Yash and Ruhi. While in London, his play dates with Kainaat, the little daughter of Rannvijay Singha, were a hit too.
Talking about Taimur with Hindustan Times earlier, Saif had said, “Taimur will have to be aware that he is being watched all the time. He will have a lot of privileges as well. I think life has a wonderful way to balance it out, so if he has all the wonderful privileges he will also have certain responsibilities. There will be certain expectations out of him. Maybe all that will force him to become an actor. I hope that with the right guidance, maybe he will find his calling in another field.”
Kareena, meanwhile, is riding high on the success of her film, Veere Di Wedding. She recently walked the ramp at the India Couture Week 2018 for designer Falguni-Shane Peacock and, as is the case with her, left the audience dazzled.
