How to find the best bikini for your body type
You don’t have to be super fit to wear a two-piece, there is one for every shape.
You don’t have to be super fit to wear a two-piece, there is one for every shape.

If you’re apple shaped... like Catherine Zeta-Jones

Heavier on the top half than the bottom? Look for bikini tops that come with hidden support, straps that aren’t too flimsy, but are in proportion to your shoulders and perhaps a top with an asymmetrical neckline. A bottom with a frill will help balance out your top.
If you’re pear shaped.... like Beyonce

Bodies with more booty than bust or broader hips than shoulders look good in styles that draws attention to the top. Go for darker hued bottoms, frilly, pleated or padded bustiers, and bottoms that are cut higher on the hip. Avoid a halterneck – it makes the chest look even smaller.
If you have a full figure... like Mindy Kaling

Bodies that are curvy and blessed in every way look best in retro styles, with high waists, ruched fabric on the hips and tummy to disguise any unwanted bits, colour-blocking that is darker at the edges and chevron prints that help you look slimmer.
