Triumph Scrambler 400 X has become quite popular in the Indian market because of how versatile it is.

The announcement is significant, especially after the recent revision in the GST slab for motorcycles above 350 cc. Despite the higher tax burden, Triumph chose not to increase prices and instead absorbed the additional cost to protect customers from rising ownership expenses.

Speaking on the upcoming revision, Manik Nangia, President, Probiking, Bajaj Auto Ltd., emphasised the company’s commitment to delivering premium quality products and services to both dealers and customers. He encouraged buyers planning to purchase a Triumph motorcycle to complete their purchase before the end of December 2025 to benefit from the prevailing prices.

These 400 cc motorcycles are being produced by Bajaj Auto and are currently the most affordable motorcycles that Triumph sells. The range starts with the Speed T4, which is priced at 1.92 lakh, and the most expensive one is the Scrambler 400 XC, which costs 2.95 lakh. Both prices are ex-showroom.

We already brought you the story about the price hike last week. The dealer sources confirmed that the prices will be hiked by up to 8,000 on all 400cc models, and prospective buyers can expect the on-road price to jump by 10,000- 12,000, depending on the model and variant.

As of now, we do not know by how much the prices will go up on the big bikes such as the Tiger-range of tourers, Street Triple, Speed Triple, Bonneville, Trident, Daytona and the Rocket 3.
