Honour killing: Panchkula court awards capital punishment to father, uncle of teenage girl
The Panchkula Session Court on Wednesday awarded capital punishment to father and uncle of a teenage girl who was killed in October 2013. 15-year-old Tahira was murdered by her father Shaukeen and uncle Salim for having an affair.
