A 38-year-old businessman has accused a man of intentionally ramming his vehicle multiple times and threatening to kill him following an altercation near a residential society in DLF Phase-1, police said Saturday.

An FIR has been registered at Sector 53 police station under Sections 281 (rash driving), 125 (act endangering personal safety of others), 351(2) (criminal intimidation) and 126(2) (wrongful restraint) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita. However, no arrests have been made so far, they added.
The incident occurred around 7.30am near The Palm Springs, EMAR on Golf Course Road. The complainant alleged that the accused, driving a dark blue BMW, verbally abused him before intentionally ramming his vehicle several times, causing damage, and threatening to kill him — all in full view of security guards.
“The entire incident has been captured on the society’s CCTV cameras and the footage can be obtained as evidence,” the complainant stated, urging strict action.
Police verified the complaint through CCTV examination. Witness statements, including those of security personnel, are likely to be recorded as the probe continues.
