A brainchild of former Jharkhand health secretary Shivendu, now an associate professor at the University of South Florida, and former state education secretary Mridula Sinha, the platform was showcased before principals, wardens and school managers of all 80 CM Schools of Excellence.

Jharkhand Education Project Council, in a statement, said the orientation programme, organised under the Department of School Education and Literacy, focused on a structured board-readiness plan for Classes 9 to 12.

"The introduction of Prepzy.ai marks an effort to bring AI-enabled learning support into the state's model government schools, combining classroom teaching with technology that students can access beyond school hours," an official said.

"Built for the CBSE and NCERT curriculum for Classes 6 to 12, Prepzy.ai brings together 75 courses, more than 5,200 video lectures, over 2.5 lakh practice questions, five-plus years of previous-year board papers and 24x7 AI tutoring on a single platform," the statement added.

During the orientation, school leaders were shown how students can use the platform to practice competency-based questions, identify weak areas and strengthen conceptual understanding.

Its AI tutor is designed to respond to students' questions in real time, explain concepts and provide step-by-step guidance.

"Our goal is simple. We want every student across these 80 schools walking into the boards prepared and confident," said Sankalp Tiwari, Deputy Manager, Strategic Initiatives at GlobusLearn.

Prepzy.ai is a product of GlobusLearn Services India Private Limited and is backed by Shivendu, Sinha and former chief secretary Sudhir Tripathi.

Shivendu, now an associate professor at the University of South Florida, said the platform was conceived with the objective of enabling a child studying in a government school in a remote area to access academic guidance comparable to that available to students in better-resourced private schools.

The platform uses a framework that analyses students' learning patterns, identifies conceptual gaps and provides targeted guidance.

It combines interactive lessons, assessments, customised practice, CBSE-style mock examinations, previous-year papers, digital notes and performance tracking.
