The all-rounder marked his international comeback with a five-wicket haul on Day 1, and followed it up with an unbeaten half-century on Day 2. But at no point was the all-rounder seen applying anything on the ball, but he had it in his hands at that moment. Jadeja was in red-hot batting form on Day 2 and slammed an unbeaten half-century to help India take a lead of 144 runs, posting 321 for seven in 114 overs at Stumps. The all-rounder slammed 66 runs off 170 balls, packed with nine runs. He will resume batting with Axar Patel on Day 3, who also smacked an unbeaten knock of 52 runs off 102 deliveries. Meanwhile, Rohit became the first Indian captain on Friday to hammer a ton across all three formats. He bagged the feat on Day 2 of the ongoing Border-Gavaskar Trophy, registering 120 runs off 212 deliveries, packed with 15 fours and to sixes.
