Nachiket Narendra Bhute was born on November 1, 1999, in Nagpur, Maharashtra. A right-arm medium-fast bowler and capable right-handed lower-order batter, he progressed through the Vidarbha Cricket Association age-group structures before earning his place in senior state representative squads.
He made his senior T20 debut for Vidarbha on January 11, 2021, against Rajasthan in the Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy at Indore. Shortly after, he made his List A debut on February 26, 2021, against Andhra in the Vijay Hazare Trophy. Over his early years with Vidarbha, he established himself as a reliable seam-bowling all-rounder capable of generating early movement with the new ball while adding valuable late-order resilience with the bat.
Bhute gained broader recognition in the domestic circuit when he was selected to represent Central Zone in regional limited-overs tournaments, including the Deodhar Trophy. During the 2025–26 domestic season, he played a key role in Vidarbha's red-ball and white-ball campaigns. In November 2025, he produced a standout bowling performance in the Ranji Trophy, picking up a five-wicket haul (5 for 65) against Tamil Nadu. He followed it up in January 2026 with a crucial half-century (63 off 85 balls) against Uttar Pradesh at the Vidarbha Cricket Association Stadium.
In June 2026, Bhute featured in the inaugural Vidarbha Pro T20 League for Bharat Rangers, serving as a primary seam bowler and death-overs hitter. By mid-2026, he continued to expand his international exposure, representing Vidarbha in limited-overs fixtures against international opposition, including an ODI encounter against Namibia in July 2026.
